问:我们所在的公司,因今年的经营方向出现问题,导致赊销严重,效益急剧下滑,甚至已经拖欠我们5个月的加班费。近日,一家月饼生产厂家表示愿意用月饼抵偿所欠公司货款,公司考虑反正员工中秋都要购买月饼,不如接下来,再用月饼折抵所欠员工加班费,这样至少可以通过“曲线”方式尽快向员工兑现加班费,遂表示同意。但我们觉得,让每人接受领取2000多元以上的月饼实在难以接受。请问:公司的做法对吗?
