Q:我们是一家2006年创建的小型箱包加工厂,没有自己的销售店面,客户除了几个长期合作的韩国客户,还有一个内销商(内销商没有工厂,我们的合作模式是他下单我生产或者我开发新品他销售)。2009年,内销商自己办了工厂,我们的订单锐减。这种情况之下,我们一方面努力争取多方合作,保证订单数量;另一方面为了留住员工,我们购置了投影仪定期播放电影、电视,还设立了台球室。即便如此,因为订单种类繁杂,且质量要求高,工人开始陆续辞职,虽然我们采取了涨工资、加绩效等一系列措施,但留人效果者不不好,目前为止,只剩下10多人。
