通过田间试验 ,研究了烤烟生长后期烟株内钾素的积累和分配。结果表明 ,烟株内的钾素积累在打顶后有一上升的过程 ,进入烟叶成熟期后则表现出下降的趋势。留顶和施加外源生长素可以使成熟期烟株内的钾素积累维持在较高的水平 ,同时钾素向叶中的分配以外源生长素处理 2次的最多。成熟叶片中的含钾量也以留顶和外源生长素处理 2次的较高。
Field experiments were conducted to study the accumulation and distribution of potassium in tobacco plants at the late growth stage. The results showed that the accumulation of potassium in tobacco plants had an ascending process after topping and showed a decreasing trend after entering the maturity stage of tobacco leaves. Topdressing and application of exogenous auxins can maintain the accumulation of potassium in mature tobacco plants at a relatively high level, and the distribution of potassium to leaves is treated twice with exogenous auxin. The potassium content in mature leaves was also higher with the top and exogenous auxins treated twice.
