我国的网民已经突破了2.21亿人,其中超过三成的网民经常到网吧上网,而网民到网吧消费时,看电影的比例一般都高于20%。那么,在网吧里看到的电影,都是哪里来的呢?目前,网吧一般都有自己的电影库,但有的网吧提供的影片是从网上非法下载,或是拷贝盗版光碟而来,这样的电影没有合法的版权。因此,一段时期以来,一些网吧因违法下载网络影视内容而被诉侵权的消息不断传出,网吧影视内容服务的版权保护问题日益凸显。
