目的研究左旋千金藤啶碱(SPD)对Ca2+/CaMPKⅡ活性的影响。方法采用大鼠海马及纹状体脑片体外缺血模型,用放射性32P-ATP掺入法测定Ca2+/CaMPKI活性。结果体外培养的纹状体和海马脑片在缺血30min后,Ca2+/CaMPKⅡ活性均明显下降,纹状体PKA活性增加,于缺血前10min加入不同浓度SPD后,二酶活性较单纯缺血均有明显改变。结论SPD对纹状体PKA以及纹状体和海马Ca2+/CaMPKⅡ活性在缺血时的活性改变有一定的保护作用
Objective To investigate the effects of levallistilidine (Ca2 + / CaMPKⅡ) on the activity of Ca2 + / CaMPKⅡ. Methods Rat hippocampus and striatum slices were used to determine the activity of Ca2 + / CaMPKI by radioactive 32P-ATP incorporation method in vitro. Results After administration of 30 min of ischemia, the activity of Ca2 + / CaMPK Ⅱ in striatum and hippocampal slices were significantly decreased and the activity of PKA in the striatum was increased. After adding SPD at different concentrations 10 min before ischemia, Have obviously changed. Conclusion SPD can protect striatal PKA and Ca2 + / CaMPKⅡ activity in striatum and hippocampus during ischemia
