本文介绍最近制备的静脉注射用人破伤风免疫球蛋白(TIG-i)注射后血中抗体的测定。作者选择9名健康男性,平均年龄29.9岁,体重67.7kg,分为3组,每组3人。Ⅰ组将250IU TIG-i溶于100ml生理盐水作静脉滴注,并于当天和28天后皮下注射0.5ml破伤风类毒素。Ⅱ组静注250IU TIG-i。Ⅲ组肌注250IU肌肉注射用人破伤风免疫球蛋白(TIG-M)。应用毒素中和法测定血中破伤风抗毒素浓度。结果表明,TIG-i静注1小时后,Ⅰ和Ⅱ组血中抗毒素高达0.095IU/ml,1天后为0.088IU/ml,Ⅲ组经TIG-M肌注后1天为
This article describes the determination of the blood levels of antibodies that have been recently prepared for intravenous injection of human tetanus immunoglobulin (TIG-i). The author chose nine healthy men, average age 29.9 years old, weight 67.7kg, divided into 3 groups of 3 people each.
