目的：探讨后侧入路手术治疗胫骨平台后柱骨折的临床效果。方法：收集我院2014年8月-2015年5月54例胫骨平台后柱骨折患者，均经后侧入路手术治疗，随访12个月，观察切口及骨折愈合情况、完全负重时间，观察患者术后即刻、6、12个月时的膝关节愈合参数及膝关节活动度；观察患者膝关节功能的 Rasmussen 评分、HSS 评分。结果：经后侧入路手术治疗后，手术切口均达到1级愈合，并未发生软组织坏死及感染，未发生骨不连，未出现畸形愈合，未发生内固定松动等情况。骨折愈合时间为（12.3±1.9）周，达到完全负重时间为（17.5±2.9）周。膝关节功能 Rasmussen 评分的优良率85.19%，HSS 评分的优良率为8778.04%；术后即刻，6、12个月时的患者膝关节愈合参数及膝关节活动度保持较高稳定性（P 均＞0．05）。结论：后侧入路手术治疗胫骨平台后柱骨折具有显著效果，术后膝关节功能可得到良好恢复。“,”Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of posterior approach surgery in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures. Methods: in our hospital from August 2014 and 2015 may 54 cases of tibial plateau after column fractures were are through the posterior approach surgical treatment, al the patients were fol owed up for 12 months,observe the incision and fracture healing, time to ful weight bearing and immediately, 6 and 12 months after surgery were observed when the knee joint healing reference number and knee joint activity degree; observation of knee joint function of patients with Rasmussen score and HSS score. Results: after surgical treatment, the incision healed up to 1 levels. There was no soft tissue necrosis and infection, no nonunion, no deformity healing, no loosening of internal fixation, and so on. The fracture healing time was (12.3 + 1.9) weeks, and the total loading time was (17.5 + 2.9) weeks. Rasmussen knee function score, the excel ent and good rate was 85.19%, HSS score, the excel ent and good rate was 8778.04%;immediately after operation, 6 and 12 months of knee joints were healing parameters of knee joint activities to maintain high stability (P > 0.05). Conclusion: the posterior approach has a significant effect on the treatment of tibial plateaufractures, and the knee joint functioncan be recoveredwel after operation.
