本文报道了氚水β射线照射雄性小鼠诱发显性致死突变的研究结果。小鼠精细胞受照剂量为0.073-0.71Gy时,与其交配后怀孕的正常雌鼠的植入后丢失率与受照剂量呈正相关的关系;显性致死突变率亦随着受照剂量的增加而增高。在受照剂量为0.494Gy时,初级精母细胞的辐射敏感性似乎高于精原细胞和精细胞。
This paper reports the results of the study on the dominant lethal mutation induced by tritiated water β-rays in male mice. When the mice’s sperm cell irradiated dose was 0.073-0.71Gy, the loss rate after implantation of normal pregnant mice mating with it was positively correlated with the dose; the rate of dominant lethal mutation also increased with the dose of irradiation And increased. Radiation sensitivity of primary spermatocytes appears to be higher than that of spermatogonia and spermatids at a dose of 0.494 Gy.
