目的:SWOT分析法是一种最常用的企业内外部环境条件战略因素综合分析方法。急诊医学是近20年来发展起来的现代医学领域中的一门新兴边缘学科,包括院前急救(急救医学)、危重病医学、灾害医学、毒物学和急诊医疗体系管理学等专业,其涵盖面非常广,不仅涉及到医学领域的内、外、妇、儿等各专科疾病中的急危重病,而且需要急诊科临床医生了解这些专业的知识以提高对患者的救助水平。应用SWOT法分析急诊建设可以对目前急诊科内部环境的优势、劣势及外部环境的机会和威胁进行了分析并提出了相应的发展对策。
Purpose: SWOT analysis is one of the most commonly used comprehensive analysis of strategic factors of internal and external environmental conditions. Emerging medicine is an emerging edge subject in modern medicine that has developed over the past two decades. It includes majors such as Prehospital First Aid (Emergency Medicine), Critical Care Medicine, Disaster Medicine, Toxicology and Emergency Medical System Management, It is very extensive and involves not only acute and critical diseases in the specialized fields of medicine, including maternal and gynecology, but also the need for emergency department clinicians to understand these majors so as to improve the level of assistance to patients. The application of SWOT analysis of emergency construction can analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the current internal environment of the emergency department and the opportunities and threats of the external environment and put forward the corresponding development countermeasures.
