为师生的学习和科研活动提供优质的服务是高校图书馆的主要任务,旨在图书馆与读者之间架起一座桥梁,所以以人为本,服务沟通就突显其重要性。以人为本的服务理念是高校图书馆事业发展的基石,以人为本的服务理念可分为两部分,一是以读者为本,为读者提供优质的个性化服务;二是以图书馆员为本,为其提供良好的工作环境,帮助做好职业发展规划,实现职业发展,从而促进图书馆的和谐发展。服务沟通则是提供优质服务的前提和保障,是图书馆进行科学管理的基础。
