目的探讨老年急腹症疾病并存内科疾病手术前的准备和手术后的正确处理。方法凡是各类急腹症在手术前必须做好全身各系统全面检查,了解是否有内科重要疾病,在纠正内科疾病的同时做好手术准备。结果因做好手术前的准备和内科疾病正确处理,562例手术后成功率达98.3%。结论老年急腹症伴随重要内科疾病对手术危害性非常大,必须要做到及时、认真、正确处理,是每个医生必须掌握的原则。
Objective To investigate the preparation and surgical treatment of senile acute abdomen diseases coexisting with medical diseases before surgery. Methods All kinds of acute abdomen before surgery must be done a comprehensive examination of the system of the whole body to understand whether there are important medical diseases, surgical procedures to correct the medical conditions at the same time. Results Because of the preoperative preparation and the correct treatment of medical diseases, the success rate of 562 cases after operation was 98.3%. Conclusion The elderly patients with acute abdomen acute internal medicine diseases associated with the dangers of surgery is very large, it must be timely, serious and correct treatment is the principle that every doctor must master.
