本文针对湖北省小型工业企业技术开发的现状、问题,提出了建设性的意见。我们认为,小型企业大部分是乡镇企业,如何引进新科技,如何开发新产品、新工艺、新技术、新市场,乃是关系到小型企业亦即乡镇企业生死存亡的重大问题,也是关系到湖北省经济发展的重大问题。比如,江苏农村经济的繁荣而使全省经济水平发展较高,是与乡镇企业的发展分不开的。这应该引起全国经济滞后地区的深刻重视。
This paper proposes constructive opinions on the status quo and problems of technology development in small-scale industrial enterprises in Hubei Province. We believe that most of the small-scale enterprises are township and village enterprises. How to introduce new technologies and how to develop new products, new processes, new technologies, and new markets are major issues that concern the survival of small-scale enterprises, that is, township and village enterprises. They are also related to Hubei Province. Major issues of economic development. For example, the prosperity of Jiangsu’s rural economy has made the province’s economic development higher, which is inseparable from the development of township and village enterprises. This should cause deep concern in the country’s economically backward areas.
