经济发展人才是关键。西部地区资源相对丰富,发展潜力大,但受地理环境的影响,人才引进培养与稳定发展存在一些困难,人才资源相对匮乏,制约了经济社会的发展。中科院提出的旨在培养西部地区学术带头人与技术骨干的“西部之光”人才培养计划,对地处西安的研究所进入、留人、育入起到了重要的作用,为科技工作者的成长提供了重要支持,为推动区域经济的发展起到人才资源的保障作用。
Economic development is the key to talent. The resources in the western region are relatively rich and have great potential for development. However, due to the influence of geographical environment, there are some difficulties in the introduction and cultivation of qualified personnel and the steady development. The relatively scarce human resources restrict the economic and social development. The “Western Light” training program proposed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences aimed at cultivating academic leaders and technical personnel in the western region has played an important role in entering, retaining and nurturing the institute located in Xi'an. Which provided important support for the growth of human resources and played a safeguard role in promoting the development of regional economy.
