口腔科用新的金属材料钯合金含钯84.9%,铜6.0%,钴4.5%,铋3.5%,镓1.1%。研究钯合金的耐腐蚀性,把5~8cm~2大小合金试样放入4种介质中:①2%NaHCO_3溶液,pH9.6;②0.8%NaCl溶液,pH7.2;③1%醋酸溶液,pH4.7;④2%枸橼酸溶液,pH3.8。每种介质中放入4~5个试样,温度37℃;经过25,50,120,145,170和315h测定试样质量的变化。 结果 钯合金在4种介质中的腐蚀性相同,只是在放入25h时试样质量减少,以后质量又增加。100h时试样质量稳定,在合金表面形成钯氧化物薄膜,阻止合金继续腐蚀。315h以后,在1%醋酸溶液中和2%NaHCO_3溶液中查出很少的钯,在其他介质中查出钯、铜、钴、镓的量更少,4种介质中都查不出铋。研究结果表明,钯合金的耐腐蚀性很高,可以用钯合金制作各种口腔修复体。
Palladium with a new metallic material for stomatology contains 84.9% palladium, 6.0% copper, 4.5% cobalt, 3.5% bismuth and 1.1% gallium. To study the corrosion resistance of palladium alloy, put 5 ~ 8cm ~ 2 alloy samples into four kinds of media: ①2% NaHCO_3 solution, pH9.6; ②0.8% NaCl solution, pH7.2; ③1% acetic acid solution, pH4.7; ④ 2% citric acid solution, pH3.8. Four to five samples were placed in each media at a temperature of 37 ° C; the change in sample mass was measured after 25, 50, 120, 145, 170 and 315 h. Results Palladium alloy corrosive in the four media the same, only after 25h into the sample quality to reduce the quality and then increase. 100h when the sample quality is stable, the formation of a palladium oxide film on the alloy surface to prevent the alloy to continue corrosion. After 315h, little palladium was detected in 1% acetic acid solution and 2% NaHCO 3 solution, and the contents of palladium, copper, cobalt and gallium were found less in other media, and bismuth was not found in all four media. The results show that palladium alloy corrosion resistance is very high, you can use palladium alloy for the manufacture of a variety of oral prosthesis.
