地方性克汀病是碘缺乏病谱带中最严重的一种 ,多年来 ,在各级政府领导下 ,经过防治科研人员的艰苦努力 ,特别是落实全民食盐加碘措施后 ,在我国已几乎没有新发地方性克汀病。近几年吉林省地方病第二防治研究所在碘缺乏病普查及监测中 ,累计查出疑似地方性克汀病 8例并报卫生部疾病控制司 ,他们这种认真、科学、实事求是的态度受到卫生部有关领导的高度肯定和重视。疾控司根据殷大奎副部长的指示 ,组织专家组到吉林省病区做了专题调研并完成调研报告。殷副部长热情地赞扬了专家组的调研报告并批示 :此项工作完成得很好 ,虽然对我国千千万万碘缺乏病者来说 ,吉林的 8例特殊患者微不足道 ,但将这几例疑似的患者分别搞清楚了 ,是一种科学的态度和严谨的行为 ,这种精神是值得称赞和提倡的。我感谢你们所做的工作 ,并转达我对调查组专家的谢意。殷副部长的批示不仅是对调研组专家的褒奖 ,更是提醒我们广大地方病防治科研人员 ,要深入病区现场 ,掌握第一手资料 ,提倡科学、严谨的学风 ,这才是对病区群众负责的态度。吉林省发现的疑似病例 ,对各地有一定的警示及借鉴作用 ,现将调研组的调研报告在本刊发表 ,供大家参考
