为了使工业无线微机遥测系统获得的数据准确、可靠,系统误差必须在允许的范围内。工业无线微机遥测系统误差主要来自系统取样、编码和信道传送信号过程,详细分析了这三个环节产生误差的具体原因。根据误差理论,将测量误差分为三大类,即系统误差、随机误差和粗大误差。并按如下步骤判定遥测数据是否准确:确定误差的性质;判断所测数据中是否存在系统误差和粗大误差;剔除异常数据——粗大误差。由于微机具有强大的数据处理功能,因此微机遥测系统的精度可大大提高,但必须把握住传感器的选择和信号采集两个关键。
