本文主要论述水上一体化水厂净化工艺的改革,其中主要包括:沉淀池斜管倾角从一般的60°降低到40°;滤池采用由橡胶粒、无烟煤和石英砂组成的轻型三层滤料钟罩式抽吸滤池;在保证出水量不变的情况下可将净水构筑物总高度从5~7m降低到2.5m;同时由于不设取水泵房(采用虹吸进水),因此与陆地水厂相比可大幅度的降低基建和运营费用。
This article mainly discusses the reform of the purification technology of the water integrated water plant, which mainly includes: the tilt angle of the sedimentation tank is reduced from the general 60° to 40°; the filter tank adopts a light three-layer filter composed of rubber particles, anthracite and quartz sand. Bell-type suction filter; the total height of the water purification structure can be reduced from 5 to 7 m to 2.5 m under the condition that the water output volume is not changed; at the same time, since no water pumping house (with siphon water intake) is provided, it is connected to the land. Water plants can significantly reduce infrastructure and operating costs.
