目前我国普遍采用的工程机械维修制度是计划预期检修制,这种维修制度的一个很重要的组成部分是工程机械的修理周期。近几年在开展工程机械维修理论的研究中,不少文章对“以可靠性为中心”的维修思想进行了探讨,这对推动我国工程机械维修理论的发展起了很大作用。所谓可靠性理论,就是在预测系统的状态和行为的基础上建立选取最佳方案的理论,保证所要求的可靠性水平。应用这种理论研究我们的维修制度,人们往往提出这样的问题:工程机械修理周期是否存在一个最佳值?若存在这个值,它与哪些因素有关?怎样求取这个值?本文试图就这方面的问题谈一点粗浅的看法。
At present, the maintenance system for construction machinery that is commonly used in China is the planned maintenance system. A very important part of this maintenance system is the repair cycle of construction machinery. In recent years, in the research on the theory of maintenance of engineering machinery, many articles have discussed the “reliability-centered” maintenance idea, which has played a significant role in promoting the development of the construction machinery maintenance theory in China. The so-called reliability theory is to establish the theory of selecting the best solution based on the prediction of the state and behavior of the system and guarantee the required reliability level. Using this theory to study our maintenance system, people often ask the question: whether there is an optimal value for the engineering machinery repair cycle? If there is such a value, what factors is it related to? How to obtain this value? The question is a little superficial.
