全国两会召开之际,记者采访了全国人大常委、民建中央副主席、经济学家辜胜阻教授,请他就中国经济发展模式转型、经济结构调整、居民消费提升、城镇化发展等问题进行深入分析。辜胜阻表示,转变经济发展模式要抓准“牛鼻子”。当前,我国转变经济发展模式的关键点是“扩大消费,有效启动内需,改变消费在我国经济发展中的短板地位”。
