构建高校党校教育的“三级培训”模式,要针对思想发展不同阶段的大学生进行教育培训。这种模式符合大学生思想政治教育规律,是提高大学生政治思想素质的有效途径。在“三级培训”的党校办学中,加强管理、强调实践、注重创新、建立评价,讲求实效,形成对大学生整个大学政治生涯“分段教育、连续培养”的体制,全面提高学生党员的政治理论素养和能力,发挥党校教育在党建工作和思想政治教育工作的重要作用。
Constructing the “Three-level Training” Model of Party School Education in Colleges and Universities, Carrying Out Education and Training for College Students in Different Stages of Thinking Development. This model is in line with the law of ideological and political education of college students, is an effective way to improve the political and ideological quality of college students. In the “three training” party school run, strengthen management, emphasize practice, focus on innovation, establish evaluation, stress practical results, the formation of college students political career “segmented education, continuous training ” system, improve all-round Student party members’ political theory accomplishment and ability, and play an important role of party school education in party building and ideological and political education.
