我们近3年共遇到28例缓慢心律失常并阿-斯综合征(ASS)发作,其中6例ECG 示扭转性室性心动过速(TDP)。特报告如下。临床资料6例中男2例,女4例。年龄6～80岁,平均42岁。原发病因中先天性三度房室传导阻滞(Ⅲ°A-VB)1例,冠心病3例,扩张型心肌心病1例,病因不明1例。基本心律:Ⅲ°A-VB4例,病态窦房结综合征(SSS)2例。心室率38～56次/分,平均44次/分。6例住院前后ASS 发作3～52次/例。ASS 发作前Q-T 间
We have encountered 28 cases of bradyarrhythmia with As-the-Syndrome (ASS) attack in the recent 3 years. Among them, 6 cases showed torsades de pointes (TDP). Special report is as follows. 6 cases of clinical data in 2 males and 4 females. Age 6 to 80 years old, average 42 years old. Primary etiology in congenital third degree atrioventricular block (Ⅲ ° A-VB) in 1 case, 3 cases of coronary heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy in 1 case, unknown etiology in 1 case. Basic rhythm: Ⅲ ° A-VB4 cases, sick sinus syndrome (SSS) in 2 cases. Ventricular rate of 38 to 56 beats / min, an average of 44 beats / min. 6 cases of ASS onset before and after episodes 3 to 52 times / case. ASS before the onset of Q-T
