采用多导记录仪同步连续观测的方法,记录中药白花前胡水醇提取液(Pd-wa)对氯化钡诱发大鼠心律失常、血压、心肌收缩最大上升速率及心率等指标的影响。结果:Pd-wa 1g/kg iv后5 min,给BaCl_2 4mg/kg iv,可使诱发的心律失常持续时间,由15.22±6.11min(对照组)降至6.94±4.40 min(P<0.01);BaCl_24 mg/kg iv诱发心律失常后,给Pd-wa,可立即制止心律失常的发作,持续时间约5 min,与对照组比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。该药抗心律失常作用出现的同时,还对心脏有一定抑制作用。
The effect of Pd-wa on the arrhythmia, blood pressure, maximum rate of myocardial contraction and heart rate in rats induced by lanthanum chloride was recorded using the method of simultaneous recording of multiple guide recorders. Results: After 5 min of Pd-wa 1g/kg iv administration to BaCl 2 4 mg/kg iv, the duration of induced arrhythmia could be reduced from 15.22±6.11min (control group) to 6.94±4.40 min (P<0.01). After BaCl_24 mg/kg iv induced arrhythmia, Pd-wa could immediately stop the onset of arrhythmia for a duration of about 5 min, which was significantly different from the control group (P<0.05). The anti-arrhythmic effect of this drug appears to have a certain inhibitory effect on the heart.
