研究了国内外关于激光辐照ＣＣＤ及其相似材料结构导致的各种效应，特别是软硬破坏效应，给出了各种破坏的阈值及实验方式；对各种破坏机理及理论模型进行了对比分析。
The effects of laser irradiation on CCD and its similar material structures, especially the effects of soft and hard damage, were studied both at home and abroad. The thresholds and experimental methods of various kinds of damage were given. Various failure mechanisms and theoretical models were compared analysis.
