本文对06MnVA1低温钢焊接时的淬火时效脆化问题进行了研究。研究表明,06MnVA1低温钢有强烈的淬火时效脆化倾向,这导致其焊接接头在经受低于Ac_1温度时,加热的部位发生脆化。这种脆化不可能通过选择焊接规范来避免。在温度不高的情况下进行人工过时效,可以比较有效地消除这种脆性。但较高温度(如550℃)的焊后热处理,在冷却控制不当时,可能再次引起淬火时效。
In this paper, 06MnVA1 low temperature steel welding quenching aging embrittlement problems were studied. The results show that 06MnVA1 low temperature steel has a strong tendency of quenching and aging embrittlement, which leads to the embrittlement of the welded joints when heated below the Ac_1 temperature. This embrittlement can not be avoided by choosing a welding specification. In the case of low temperature artificial over-aging, you can more effectively eliminate this brittleness. However, post-weld heat treatment at higher temperatures (eg, 550 ° C) may cause quench aging again when control of cooling is poorly controlled.
