课堂教学构成了一个完整的反馈系统,即由教师输出信息到受控部分(学生),受控部分又通过发言、板演、表情、神态和作业等多种信息通道,把反馈信息(即对所传授的知识、教给的方法、技能颁悟和运用的情况)回输到控制部分(教师),供控制部分再调节控制(即进一步讲解、答疑、点拨纠错和结合进行强化练习)。因此,我们可以运用反馈原理来改进教学程序。改进后的教学程序一般分三步,它适用于小语教学各种课型。
