旅游业具有成本低、利润大、投入少、产出多等特点,对推动县域经济发展有着独特的意义和作用。近年来,宁夏针对县域经济的发展制定了相关战略和实施,结合自身存在的优势和劣势,着力实施民营主体战略、产业升级战略、人才开发战略、结构调整战略、农业产业化战略、市场化战略和城镇化战略,构筑宁夏县域经济发展新优势,以主动务实的态度,全面参与西部大开发,推动农村经济实现新突破。,但是,各县(市)的旅游开发与自身拥有的旅游资源优势还很不相称。本文针对宁夏省中卫市海原县的县域旅游现状进行分析,发现其存在的问题,并提出了一些有针对性的解决对策。希望对我国县域旅游的发展有一定的借鉴作用。
Tourism has the characteristics of low cost, big profits, less investment, more output and so on, which has a unique meaning and function to promote the economic development in the county. In recent years, Ningxia has formulated relevant strategies and implementation plans for the development of county economy. In combination with its own strengths and weaknesses, Ningxia has focused its efforts on the implementation of private-owned strategy, industrial upgrading strategy, talent development strategy, structural adjustment strategy, agricultural industrialization strategy and market-oriented strategy And urbanization strategy to build a new county economic development advantage in Ningxia, take a proactive and pragmatic approach, fully participate in the development of the western region, and promote rural economy to achieve new breakthroughs. However, the development of tourism in all counties (cities) is not commensurate with the advantages of tourism resources they own. This article analyzes the current situation of County Tourism in Haiyuan County, Zhongwei City, Ningxia Province, finds out the existing problems and puts forward some countermeasures. Hope that the development of county tourism in our country have a certain reference.
