在英语学习过程中,英语的学习效果受很多因素的制约。其中,非智力因素,如:动机、兴趣、情感、意志、性格等具有动力、巩固、控制等功能,在促进学生智力发展中起着重要的作用。文章简单介绍了非智力因素的理论框架及其概念,并分析了动机、态度、兴趣、性格环境等方面。继而探讨了如何发展学生的非智力因素,为英语学习者在英语学习过程中如何发挥其自身的有利因素,从而提高英语学习的效率提供建议。
In English learning process, the learning effect of English is restricted by many factors. Among them, non-intellectual factors, such as motivation, interest, emotion, will, character and other functions such as motivation, consolidation and control, play an important role in promoting students’ intellectual development. The article briefly introduces the theoretical framework of non-intelligence factors and their concepts, and analyzes aspects of motivation, attitude, interests, personality and environment. Then it discusses how to develop the non-intellectual factors of students and provide suggestions for English learners how to play their own favorable factors in the process of English learning so as to improve the efficiency of English learning.
