492Q型发动机维修后,因分电器传动轴装复不到位(主要是分电器传动轴下端没能进入机油泵轴端凹槽)而造成发动机“烧瓦”、“抱轴”的故障不少。究其原因,一是结构因素所限;二是操作方法不当。笔者针对这方面的问题,摸索出了2点装复技巧,同行们不妨一试。 (1)发动机大修后分电器传动轴的组装在装复油底壳之前,先按规定装入分电器传动轴,即一缸在压缩上止点时,先将机油泵轴端凹槽垂直于曲轴轴线,顺时
