在过去的一年里,我院坚持深化改革,采取多种措施,完善承包经营。首先进一步完善科室技术经济综合承包,有针对性地调整部分科室的指标;其次,在科室内实行小组承包,把科室承包的各项摊标分解包到小组中去,以利于科室内展开竞争,第三,修订了医院管理条例,使其更加严谨,第四,放宽了业务服务规定,成则提原「扩大、按照多劳多得的比例增加;
In the past year, our institute has persisted in deepening reforms and adopted various measures to improve contracting operations.
