印刷业挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放量相对较大,北京市和上海市实施的排污收费力度也较大,印刷企业面临着前所未有的压力。在此,结合国家及地方省市出台的VOCs管控政策,为行业人士介绍几项VOCs减排措施。VOCs管控政策1.背景VOCs是PM2.5和O_3的关键前体物,对夏季O_3和秋冬季的细颗粒物污染贡献巨大,而且部分VOCs具有臭味和毒性,严重危害人体健康。
