政治约束和技术冲击越来越成为影响我国酒店企业持续发展的重要因素,对于我国高端酒店企业更是如此。因此,本文以政治约束和技术冲击分析为切入点,分析我国酒店企业在现有政治约束和信息技术直接影响下的发展现状,结合酒店企业发展中微观环境中存在的问题,最后根据经济学“经济人”假设、需求定律和租值消散理论,提出我国高端酒店企业服务质量的提升对策建议。
Political constraints and technological shocks have increasingly become an important factor affecting the sustainable development of China’s hotel enterprises, especially for the high-end hotel enterprises in China. Therefore, based on the analysis of political constraints and technology impact, this paper analyzes the current development of hotel enterprises in China under the direct influence of existing political constraints and information technologies, and combines the existing problems in the micro-environment of hotel business development. Finally, according to the economics “Economic man” hypothesis, the law of demand and rent dissipation theory, proposed high-end hotel business service quality improvement measures.
