SBC—2型试样表面处理机是中国科学院科学仪器厂生产的电镜配套设备,用于扫描电镜、电子探针进行表面观察或表面分析的试样作前处理工作。我们根据SBC-2机能产生高压电场,而带电粒子会在高压电场的作用下沿着电场力方向进行运动的原理,又根据电介质在静电场中会产生偶极矩这一物理现象,对生命基因—核酸的电镜样品制备进行了一系列的实验。在SBC-2型试样表面处理机上建立了静电泳动核酸的样品制备方法。
SBC-2-type sample surface treatment machine is the electron microscope supporting equipment produced by Scientific Instrument Factory of Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is used for the pretreatment of the sample for surface observation or surface analysis by scanning electron microscope and electron probe. According to the principle of SBC-2, a high-voltage electric field is generated by the function of SBC-2, charged particles move in the direction of electric field force under the action of high-voltage electric field. According to the physical phenomenon that the dielectric generates dipole moment in the electrostatic field, - Nucleic acid electron microscopy sample preparation A series of experiments were carried out. A sample preparation method of electrophoretic nucleic acid was established on SBC-2 sample surface treatment machine.
