用熔体快淬继而进行晶化处理制备Sm_(20)Fe_(70)Ti_(10)试样。内禀矫顽力随淬火速率的增加而增大,其最大值为3.2(1000/4π)kA/m。综合穆斯堡尔效应和X射线衍射的方法,发现合金是由SmFe_2、SmFe_3、一种特定的顺磁相和少量Sm_3Fe_(17)相所组成的。
The Sm_ (20) Fe_ (70) Ti_ (10) samples were prepared by melt quenching followed by crystallization. The intrinsic coercivity increases with the quenching rate, and its maximum value is 3.2 (1000 / 4π) kA / m. Combining the Mossbauer effect and the X-ray diffraction method, it is found that the alloy is composed of SmFe_2, SmFe_3, a specific paramagnetic phase and a small amount of Sm_3Fe_ (17) phase.
