我国中小学的教研组活动、师徒帮带以及国外的临床视导、同伴指导和同伴互助是几种常见的教师专业发展活动(在我国,师徒帮带活动也属于教研组活动的范畴,但由于二者在参与者情况、活动内容等方面有所不同和侧重,故此处分开讨论之),这几种活动的形式、内容与内涵特征有所重叠但又各具特点,比较之有助于在新课程背景下寻找我国教研组制度建设的新视角,促进教师专业化。
The teaching and research group activities in primary and secondary schools in China, the mentoring band, and the clinical visual guidance, peer guidance, and peer mutual assistance in foreign countries are several common professional development activities for teachers (in China, the practice of helping teachers and students is also within the scope of activities of the teaching and research group, but The two are different in the situation of the participants, activities, etc., so this is discussed separately here. The form, content, and connotation features of these types of activities overlap, but each has its own characteristics. In the context of the new curriculum, it seeks a new perspective for the establishment of the teaching and research group system in China and promotes the professionalization of teachers.
