本文采用座滴x射线透视摄像法对电炉造锍熔炼炉渣及合成炉渣与低冰镍之间的界面张力进行了测定。讨论了温度、炉渣中Fe~(3+)含量及MgO含量对界面张力的影响。实验结果表明:温度升高及MgO在渣中含量的增加会使界面张力升高,而Fe~(3+)在渣中含量的增加会使界面张力下降。
In this paper, droplet x-ray fluoroscopy was used to determine the interfacial tension between matte-fired smelting furnace slag and synthetic slag and low iced nickel. The effects of temperature, Fe 3+ content and MgO content on interfacial tension were discussed. The experimental results show that the interfacial tension increases as the temperature increases and the content of MgO in the slag increases, while the interfacial tension decreases as the content of Fe 3+ in the slag increases.
