全省党委办公厅(室)系统开展优质服务竞赛活动以来,我市高度重视,周密部署,精心组织,掀起了开展优质服务竞赛活动的高潮。前段竞赛活动的主要特点可以概括为五句话即:思想上高度重视,思路上不断创新,制度上日趋完善,素质上明显提升,工作上来势看好。市委办公室和各县市区委办公室,做了大量工作,有力地推动了办公室各项工作全面发展。半年来,党办系统优质服务竞赛活动取得了一定成绩,但工作中仍存一些问题和不足,主要体现在以下三个方面:一是进展不平衡。由于领导重视的程度、工作开展的进度、解决问题的力度不同,优质服务竞赛工作发展很不平衡:其一,各县市区之间工作发展不平衡。如综合调研工作,衡南、衡山、祁东、常宁、耒阳、珠晖等县市区上报材料及时,与市委办工作联系经常;督查人员配备,除南岳区外其它4个城区区委督查室均未达到3人的要求;办文工作
