山豆根碱(Dauricine)静脉注射对动物有明显、迅速的降压作用。我们进行了~3H-山豆根碱静脉给药的药物代谢动力学研究;应用数学的方法定量描述药物代谢的动态规律,以更精确的了解其体内过程与药物作用的关系,为临床合理用药提供参考。
Dauricine intravenous injection of significant and rapid antihypertensive effect on animals. We carried out ~ 3H - Radix et Rhizoma intravenous drug pharmacokinetic study; the use of mathematical methods to quantitatively describe the dynamic law of drug metabolism in order to more accurately understand the relationship between the process and the role of the drug in vivo for the rational use of drugs for reference.
