方地山(1872—1936年),名尔谦,以字行;又字无隅,别署大方,江苏江都人。与弟尔咸(泽山)少时在乡里并负文名。《古钱大辞典》有传。地山初治经学,娴于辞章,擅长书法,对金石书画和古籍版本诸学多所精通,尝延为袁世凯西席。居天津20年,唯泉币是好,晚来以精研泉学著称于世。以其赋性放达,虽寝馈于古泉间,却不作著述传世想,遗留下来的言泉文字甚为少见。他的友人宣哲(愚公)所撰地
