现今的语文教育教学模式,一味强调学生智力因素的开发,而忽视了学生非智力因素的挖掘。其实,殊不知,一个人的成功正如爱因斯坦所说的:“成功=(知识)+智力因素+非智力因素”。智力因素主要指思维力,想象力,理解力,记忆力等;非智力因素主要指动机、兴趣、情感、意志和性格等。学生的学习活动是智力因素和非智力因素共同参与的过程。他们之间的相互作用图示如下:
Today’s language education and teaching mode, blindly emphasize the development of students’ intellectual factors, while neglecting the mining of non-intelligence factors of students. In fact, as everyone knows, a person’s success as Albert Einstein said: “success = (knowledge) + intellectual + non-intellectual”. Intellectual factors mainly refers to thinking of force, imagination, comprehension, memory, etc .; non-intellectual elements mainly refers to motivation, interest, emotion, will and personality. Students’ learning activities are a combination of intellectual and non-intellectual factors. The interaction between them is illustrated below:
