1.引言众所周知,几乎所有车床,其工件的轴向定位基准都是设置在床头端。我厂改造的CA6140微机车床在图1所示的杆类刀具——锥柄机用铰刀的车工序中,由于坯料长度的误差,给编程带来了困难,使尺寸e、L_4的公差和8°的一致性难以保证,影响了微机车床的使用与推广。后经采用自行设计制造的气动床头,改轴向定位基准在尾座端,从而解决了微机车床存在的共性关键。
