采用SEM、TEM和显微硬度计等研究了H13钢表面经机械研磨处理后520℃离子渗氮行为。结果表明,经过机械研磨(SMA)处理后H13钢表层形成了一定厚度的变形层,该变形层的晶粒尺寸10~20 nm,表面硬度约800 HV0.2。在直流脉冲渗氮炉中经520℃离子渗氮5 h后,未SMA处理和经SMA处理后的渗氮层厚度分别为65μm和115μm,表明机械研磨处理对H13钢离子渗氮具有明显的催渗作用。
The effects of mechanical nitriding at 520 ℃ on the nitriding of H13 steel were studied by SEM, TEM and microhardness tester. The results show that a certain thickness of deformed layer is formed on the surface of H13 steel after mechanical grinding (SMA). The grain size of the deformed layer is 10-20 nm and the surface hardness is about 800 HV0.2. After nitriding at 520 ℃ for 5 h in DC pulsed nitriding furnace, the thickness of nitriding layer without SMA treatment and SMA treatment were 65 μm and 115 μm, respectively, which indicated that the mechanical grinding treatment had a significant effect on ion nitriding of H13 steel Permeation effect.
