采用大田试验,在施用氮、磷、钾肥的基础上,研究锌、铁、钼及有机肥配施对土壤肥力和紫花苜蓿微量元素含量和积累量的影响。结果表明:施用有机肥可以显著提高土壤中锌、铁、钼的有效性;单施锌肥、钼肥可以分别显著提高土壤中锌、钼的有效性;但单施铁肥对土壤铁的有效性没有明显影响。施用锌肥提高了苜蓿植株锌含量,钼肥显著提高了苜蓿植株钼含量,施用微肥对苜蓿植株铁、铜含量无显著影响,而降低了锰、硼含量,显著降低了钴含量。施用有机肥或大量元素肥料对苜蓿植株锌、铁、钼含量没有显著影响,但降低了锰、钴含量;另外,施用有机肥对铜、硼含量没有显著影响,而大量元素肥料显著降低了锰、硼含量。
Based on the application of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers, the effects of zinc, iron, molybdenum and organic manures on soil fertility and the content and accumulation of trace elements in alfalfa were studied. The results showed that the application of organic fertilizer could significantly increase the availability of zinc, iron and molybdenum in the soil. The application of zinc fertilizer and molybdenum fertilizer could significantly increase the availability of zinc and molybdenum respectively. However, Sex has no significant effect. Zinc fertilizer increased the zinc content of alfalfa plants. Molybdenum fertilizer significantly increased the molybdenum content of alfalfa plants. The application of micronutrients had no significant effect on the contents of iron and copper in alfalfa plants, but decreased the content of manganese and boron and significantly reduced the content of cobalt. There was no significant effect on the contents of zinc, iron and molybdenum in alfalfa plants with organic fertilizer or macronutrient fertilizer, but the contents of manganese and cobalt were decreased. In addition, the application of organic fertilizer had no significant effect on the content of copper and boron, while the amount of elemental fertilizer significantly reduced the content of manganese , Boron content.
