人类心肌梗塞的早期阶段死亡率可达50%以上,因而阐明心肌缺血的早期变化对于提供相应的治疗措施和防止心肌梗塞病人的早期死亡都有一定的实际意义。近年来,通过使用缺血和梗塞的动物模型,对心肌缺血早期(1小时以内)的收缩功能、代谢、超微结构以及电活动的变化等有了进一步的认识。本文拟就上述各方面,结合有关临味问题,作一简要的综述。
The early stage of human myocardial infarction mortality rate of up to 50%, thus elucidating the early changes of myocardial ischemia for the provision of appropriate treatment and prevention of myocardial infarction in patients with early death have some practical significance. In recent years, through the use of animal models of ischemia and infarction, we have further recognized the changes of systolic function, metabolism, ultrastructure and electrical activity in the early stage of myocardial ischemia (within 1 hour). This article intends to make a brief summary on all the above aspects and in connection with the problem of mellow taste.
