高频通气(简称 HFV)已用于临床20年,国外应用 HFV 做为治疗呼吸衰竭的新手段发展较快,国内此项研究工作正在兴起,并取得了成效。为能展示 HFV 研究的现状,本文综述国内外有关文献如下:一、高频通气的概念及其类别 HFV 是一种新的机械通气方法,Sjostrand 等在1967年首先用 HFV 进行动物实验,近年来欧美及日本已将它应用于临床。Gallagher High-frequency ventilation (HFV) has been used for 20 years in clinical practice.
