当今世界广播电视事业的发展是非常迅速的,得到很好的发展,所以得加强节目成本的管理,节目成本管理成为了一个重要的项目。没筹集一个节目,都需要花费很多时间,劳力,金钱,从开始筹集到过程到结束,支出了多少数目,似乎没有准确的去计算。而现在广播电视事业发展起来了,花费大了,效益也大了,所以有必要进行成本管理,投入的每一项成本都要合理、准确的计算。合理的进行节目成本管理,能对节目的活动进行预测,评估,分析,促进和提高广播电视事业的发展、效益。
