内燃机输出功率及与之相关参数的测定,是我们对发动机进行研究及产品出厂的主要依据。水力测功器的结构简单、工作可靠、价格低廉等特点一直深受广大用户的欢迎。但近年来,随着内燃机研究工作的深化,老式测试设备组成的台架已明显地显示出其不适应性,内燃机测试工作对测试设备的要求越来越高。这些要求可归纳为以下几点: 1.多参数综合测试; 2.隔室操作,改善操作人员的工作条件; 3.自动控制,减少人工干预,提高准确性和一致性,减轻操作负担; 4.计算机完成数据处理,减少人为误差。 本文将介绍我们在水力测功器及其测试台架的改造经验与体会,给广大内燃机测试工作者在设备改造过程中参考。
The output of internal combustion engine and its related parameters are the main basis for our research on the engine and the product factory. Hydraulic dynamometer structure is simple, reliable, low cost and other characteristics have been welcomed by the majority of users. However, with the deepening of research work on internal combustion engines in recent years, the bench made of the old-style test equipment has obviously shown its incompatibility, and the test requirements for the test equipment of the internal combustion engine have become higher and higher. These requirements can be summarized as the following: 1. Multi-parameter comprehensive testing; 2. Compartment operation, to improve the working conditions of the operator; 3. Automatic control, reduce manual intervention, improve accuracy and consistency, reduce operational burden; Computer to complete data processing, reduce human error. This article will introduce our hydraulic dynamometer and its test bench transformation experience and experience, to the majority of internal combustion engine test workers in the process of equipment reformation reference.
