今年2月中国社会科学出版社出版了仝志辉通过对陕西毛村、江西游村、内蒙隆村和平村的四个村庄进行的深入调查撰写的有关村民选举的调查报告《选举事件与村庄政治》一书。该书展示了初遇民主时的村庄政治状态和村民参与的实态。现摘录其中一节,介绍的是农村中的精英——能人在村民选举中的表现,使读者能对村民选举的状态管窥一斑。
In February this year, China’s social science publishing house published Comrades Hui’s report on the villagers’ election, “Election Incidents and Village Politics” drafted through an in-depth investigation of four villages in Shantou, Jiangxi, and Inner Mongolia. This book. The book shows the political status of the village in the first encounter with democracy and the reality of the villagers’ participation. One of the excerpts is an introduction of the elite in rural areas - able-bodied villagers in the performance of the election so that readers can state the status of the villagers glimpse.
