我科用r—氨酪酸哑门、风池穴位注射,对32例大脑发育不全和15例脑病后遗症患儿进行治疗,取得了一定的疗效,现报导如下: 病例来源及分析为1972年3月—1973年12月我院门诊病人。计大脑发育不全32例(先天愚型7例,小头畸形6例,单纯智力不足19例);脑病后遗症包括脑炎、中毒性脑病及缺氧后脑损伤等共15例。其中小于3岁者25例,3～7岁14例,大于7岁8例。最大年龄14岁,最小4个月。男25例,女22例。
Our department with r-ammonia butyrate dumb door, Fengchi acupoint injection, 32 cases of hypoplasia and 15 cases of brain disease sequelae in children with treatment, and achieved some results are reported as follows: The source of the case and analysis of March 1972 - December 1973 in our hospital outpatient. 32 cases of hypoplasia (idiopathic type in 7 cases, 6 cases of microcephaly, mere mental deficiencies in 19 cases); sequelae of encephalopathy, including encephalitis, toxic encephalopathy and hypoxic-ischemic brain injury in a total of 15 cases. Among them, 25 cases were less than 3 years old, 14 cases were 3-7 years old, 8 cases were more than 7 years old. The maximum age is 14 years and the minimum is 4 months. 25 males and 22 females.
