易县长安路是一个仅有居民320户、1050口人的小街道。改革开放以来,他们紧紧抓住发展乡镇企业不放松,继1993年成为全县首批乡镇企业产值超千万元的红旗村(街)和小康村(街)后,1996年经济发展速度和人均水平位居全县榜首,乡镇企业总产值率先突破亿元大关,达到1.08亿元,而上交国家的税金达到296万元,占全县乡镇企业完成税金总数的六分之一,被县委、县政府授予“亿元路”称号。他们走出了一条发展乡镇企业的成功之路——围绕优势定思路改革开放前的长安路,虽然地处城区,但受传统农本思想的影响和政策的限制,除集体几家小作坊
Chang’an Road, Yi County is a small street with only 320 residents and 1050 people. Since the reform and opening up, they have firmly grasped the development of township and village enterprises. After 1993, they became the first batch of township and village enterprises in the county with the production value exceeding 10 million yuan in Hongqi Village and Xiaokang Village. The per capita level ranked first in the county, and the total output value of township enterprises exceeded 100 million yuan to reach 108 million yuan, and the taxes paid to the country reached 2.96 million yuan, accounting for one-sixth of the total taxes paid by county-level township enterprises. The county party committee and county government awarded the title of “100 million yuan”. They have embarked on a successful road to the development of township and village enterprises. Changan Road, which preceded reform and opening-up, was built around strengths and weaknesses. Although it is located in the urban area, it is affected by traditional agricultural ideas and policy restrictions, except for collective small workshops.
