我国乡镇企业之崛起,创造了巨大的社会生产力,在当今形势下令人瞩目。它无疑是市场经济之下的宠物。和国有企业相比,它有着独特的优势。同时,成为地方财政收入半壁江山。但辉煌的过去并不能代表今天。改革开放带来市场的扩大,国内国际市场的接轨,市场经济体制完全确立的新形势,给乡镇企业出了不少新的考题,如何答好考卷决非易事。党的十五大给了我们一个明确的答案,要求乡镇企业必须有一个新的起点,不然,就难以长足发展。
